Making a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

Our process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- Investigation: A senior team member will investigate your complaint and may contact you for further information.
- Resolution: We aim to provide a full response within 15 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
- Escalation: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body.

Company formation services are provided by Skyie Global Financial Advisors Ltd (Company No. 16481433), supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering compliance. For data protection complaints, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
