1. The platform
Skyie (“the platform”) is operated by Skyie Global Technologies Ltd (Company No. 15882201). Company formation and Trust & Company Services are provided by Skyie Global Financial Advisors Ltd (Company No. 16481433), supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
2. Services
We provide UK company formation, identity verification (as an ACSP), registered office addresses, mail handling, company secretary services, and compliance monitoring. All services are subject to successful identity verification and AML screening.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with identity verification requirements
- Ensure the company is not formed for illegal purposes
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Meet your statutory obligations as a company director
4. Payment and refunds
Formation fees are one-time charges payable in advance. The Companies House registration fee is non-refundable once filing has been submitted. Service fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled within 14 days, excluding any work already completed.
5. Identity verification
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we are required to verify the identity of directors and persons of significant control before filing with Companies House. We may refuse service if identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays caused by Companies House, HMRC, or third-party identity verification providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
