This platform is operated by Skyie Global Technologies Ltd (Company No. 15882201). Company formation services are provided by Skyie Global Financial Advisors Ltd (Company No. 16481433), supervised by HMRC for Anti-Money Laundering compliance. ICO Registration: ZB950944.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number
  • Identity verification data: passport/ID copies, selfie images, date of birth, nationality, address
  • Company formation data: director details, shareholder details, PSC information, registered office address
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via analytics)

3. How we use your data

  • To provide company formation and compliance services
  • To verify your identity as required under AML regulations
  • To file documents with Companies House on your behalf
  • To send service notifications and compliance reminders
  • To process payments via our payment processor (Stripe)
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

4. Legal basis

We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance (to deliver services you have requested), legal obligation (AML/KYC requirements, Companies House filing), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement).

5. Data retention

Identity verification records are retained for 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as required by the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 6 years after closure for legal compliance purposes.
